Privacy Policy

MailHidden is built to reduce unnecessary exposure of your real email address. This policy explains what information we need to operate the service and how we handle it.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to provide email aliasing, forwarding, account access, support, abuse prevention, and service security.

  • Account information such as your email address and login details.
  • Alias data such as generated addresses, labels, status, and routing settings.
  • Forwarding metadata such as sender, recipient alias, timestamps, and delivery state.
  • Support and abuse reports you send to us.
  • Technical logs used to protect the service and diagnose delivery issues.

Email content

MailHidden processes inbound messages so they can be filtered, labeled, blocked, and forwarded. Message content may pass through MailHidden systems as part of that delivery flow. We do not use your email content for advertising.

How we use information

We use information to run the service, authenticate accounts, route messages, block unwanted aliases, investigate abuse, maintain security, answer support requests, and improve reliability.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with infrastructure providers that help us operate MailHidden, when required by law, or when needed to protect users, the service, or the public from abuse.

Retention

We keep account, alias, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Deleted or disabled aliases may remain in backups and logs for a limited time.

Your choices

You can disable aliases that you no longer trust. For account, privacy, or deletion requests, contact us at privacy@mailhidden.com.
