Terms of Service

These terms describe the basic rules for using MailHidden. Public registration is currently closed, but these terms describe the intended service rules.

Using MailHidden

MailHidden provides email aliases and forwarding tools that help you protect your real inbox. You are responsible for the accounts, services, and messages connected to aliases you create or use.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. Access may be limited, suspended, or closed if needed to protect MailHidden or other users.

Acceptable use

You may not use MailHidden to:

  • Send spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive messages.
  • Harass, impersonate, defraud, or threaten others.
  • Bypass bans, law enforcement, compliance checks, or platform safety systems.
  • Interfere with the security, reliability, or operation of MailHidden.
  • Use aliases for illegal activity or activity that creates excessive abuse risk.

Service changes

MailHidden may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We may also reject or block messages, aliases, domains, or accounts when needed for security, deliverability, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

No warranty

MailHidden is provided as available. Email delivery depends on external networks and mailbox providers, so we cannot guarantee that every message will be accepted, forwarded, or delivered.
